Acceptable Use & Content Rights

01Use content you have rights to use

Submit only material you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully use for the intended purpose. Your permission must cover processing by our voice providers and your intended publication.

Creating a recap, translation, summary, or voice-over does not automatically clear copyright in a manhwa, comic, script, illustration, video, or music track. You remain responsible for the rights in the complete work you publish.

02Prohibited uses

Do not use Salaysay Studio to:

• Run scams, phishing, fraudulent endorsements, or deceptive impersonation of a real person or organization.
• Produce unlawful threats, targeted harassment, exploitation of children, or other unlawful content.
• Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other third-party rights, or disclose confidential personal information without authority.
• Misrepresent AI-generated speech as an authentic recording or endorsement when that would deceive an audience.
• Bypass account security, minute limits, payment checks, or service restrictions; attack the service; share stolen credentials; or interfere with other users.

03Publishing and commercial projects

Review generated speech before publication, including names, facts, prices, product claims, and pronunciation. Follow the rules of the platform on which you publish, including any applicable AI-content, advertising, or affiliate disclosure requirements.

Commercial use of an output remains subject to applicable provider terms and rights in your inputs. Salaysay Studio does not guarantee monetization eligibility, originality, copyright registration, or immunity from third-party claims.

04Report infringement or misuse

Use the Content rights or abuse request on Contact & Requests. Identify the material, relevant URL or account if known, the right or rule involved, and how to contact you. For a rights complaint, explain your authority to act and provide supporting information. Submit accurate reports in good faith.

We may request clarification, restrict affected access when appropriate, and allow a response or review where fair and lawful. We cannot remove content from independent third-party platforms; report that content to its host as well. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in a report.
